Questions
How does billing work?
When you upgrade, we email you an invoice with our banking details. Pay via EFT using the reference code we provide, and your plan activates within 1 business day. No card required.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time from your group settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I hit the member limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade when you try to invite beyond your plan's cap. Your existing members stay active — you just can't add new ones until you upgrade.
Do you offer discounts for stokvel associations?
Yes. If you represent multiple groups through an association, church, employer, or community organisation, contact us for partner pricing.
Is my money safe?
KEZUMA never holds your money. Your group's contributions stay in your group's own bank account. We're a ledger — we track what happened, we don't touch the funds.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
